This hotel is very nice. The staff is amazing in answering any questions you have in English. Location is near line 3 and line 5 subway and airport shuttle stop. It is also close to restaurants, tourist attractions, bars, cafe and shopping area. I’d stay here again.

Great location, nice staff, decent room size, great value for money only complaint would be the fact that the shower is open in the same room as the toilet/sink, so after taking a shower the floor is wet so it’s a bit annoying to use the bathroom. But overall very happy with it!

Overall, we liked our 4-day stay here because of its close proximity to the attractions such as Hanok villages and palaces. Location of hotel was quite secluded at the beginning but we got used to it, approx. 10mins walk from the subway. Space was slightly cramp in the bedroom for 2 persons and 2 luggages because it was a 2pc room (we booked last min). However, the toilet is spacious and is designed with a sloped flooring hence it has good drainage despite being an open concept. Another plus point was the contour pillow which was exceptionally comfortable to sleep on, it gave us restful nights. The downside was the room only had 1 hanger in the wardrobe, and as we were staying nearest to the lift, the walls are thin enough to hear the noise outside, hence can be quite disturbing at times. Another point was we felt turned off by the service when a male manager on duty at the counter became impatient when we tried to clarify the spa services. Other than that, we are satisfied with our stay.
