I stayed in this hotel in 2023, the staff is helpful, the cleaning, the location, everything is very good. I will stay in the same hotel again in 2024, it is definitely the only hotel I want to stay in Seoul.
For foodies it is practically downstairs the hotel with street foods and those into beauty product it is right in the middle of myeongdong with olive young a stone throw away. The staffs were wonderful and the house keeping is great too. Their minibar are free and best when you crave for a drink or so. So a great place to stay with everything is near you
The hotel is located in Myeongdong which is one of the most vibrant areas of Seoul and a great shopping destinations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a cozy seating area, comfortable pillows & bed, city views, and modern amenities including complimentary WiFi, HD TV, and a minibar. All the drinks and snack in the minibar are all free. Very happy with the stay in Hotel 28.
