คุณภาพราคาเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับทำเลถือว่าดีมากค่ะ มีโปรเจคเตอร์ที่ชั้นใต้ดินและมีน้ำร้อนรวมถึงระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้นก็ถือว่าดี แต่ก็มีปัญหาเรื่องน้ำรั่วจากอ่างล้างหน้า และผ้าขนหนูที่ให้มาก็มีความเหม็นอับ นอกจากนี้โปรเจคเตอร์ที่ชั้นใต้ดินก็ไม่สามารถใช้ ott ได้ ควรมีการปรับปรุงค่ะ
