This is a gem find.
The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible.
The staff at breakfast were helpful and friendly and when we needed assistance checking in, the person who helped us was great.
My family and I had a wonderful 6-day stay at Henn-na Hotel. The staff was incredibly kind to wait for us until 2 a.m. since we arrived at Incheon around 11:45 p.m. The check-in process was incredibly fast—just 1-2 minutes, which was the quickest and easiest check-in I’ve ever experienced. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, everything tasted absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
