Staff is extremely kind and accomodating. Room I stayed was extremely clean and all daily essentials were provided at check-in. the check-in process was seamless and quick. Highly recommend stay for solo travelers and couples.
The staff are definitely polite and friendly. They do offer snacks and drinks to buy. The bathroom was spacious and I didn’t lack anything during my stay. I had such a relaxing time after my trip, I’m definitely coming back. 😌 Thank you.
If you’re tired of staying at typical hotels, I highly recommend this place. It’s styled more like a high-end officetel and features a spacious duplex layout. The interior is clean and well-maintained, with large TVs on both the first and second floors. Located in the bustling Gangnam area, it’s easy to shop for anything you need, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were also very kind and accommodating. I had booked a standard room, but they generously upgraded me to a deluxe room. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
