The hotel is great and beyond our expectations.

The facilities are very nice and clean. We love the Oriental Box and it’s very suitable for long/short stay with spacious room and useful designs.

The staff are friendly and caring. As foreigners, we don’t speak Korean but they tried their best to communicate with us. Moreover, we left something on the taxi back to the hotel and the staff patiently helped and gave us assistance on how to find things back. Eventually they helped us locate and contact the taxi driver and we eventually got our stuff back.

Location wise, it is also very convenient, you can get around downtown easily by subway within 30mins or Uber/taxi within 15 mins.

Totally recommended! Will definitely stay here next time!
