We were welcomed by very friendly and helpfull staff, the hotel is clean and the location is convenient
Clean, new hotel, very professional. Lounge available with coffee, tea, computer, printer, self service check in/out, and personnel present to help with any questions (decent english as well). Coin laundry available. A little expensive though. Good locker storage facilities. All in all good service.
Room itself was not too spacious, but very clean. Nine types of pillows to choose from. Bed was very comfortable.
Metro is about a 10 minute walk away. Airport bus stops right in front of the door. Mini-market around the corner. LIke everywhere in Seoul, these mini-markets only sell the very essentials though.
To conclude, I’d recommend nine tree hotel, especially considering the price/quality ratio. I’d stay here again for any future trip to Seoul!
