The boss is very nice and helped us move our luggage upstairs, the price is very affordable, the room is cozy, much better than expected. The location is convenient for transportation, just a few hundred meters away from the bus stop, there are many cafes nearby, and it’s very close to Hongdae. I will consider this place first for my next trip to Korea. This is the most satisfactory accommodation from my several trips to Korea.

For those who are fine with basic accommodations, this place offers excellent cost performance and is highly recommended. If you need hotel breakfast, amenities, or hotel staff services, you should stay at another hotel. The weak water pressure in the shower and occasional sewer smells are as mentioned in the reviews. There are plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast, and there’s also a public bath close by. The check-in process involves taking a key from the reception to enter your room, and the check-out is the same, returning the key to the same place. This was my first time in Korea, and I only speak Japanese, but I had no issues during my stay. It’s a little bit of a walk, but Fritz Coffee Company is highly recommended, and I chose this accommodation for that purpose. I will use it again next time.
