I had a great experience with the two male managers who were really very kind. I misunderstood my reservation details and arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but they helped me with an early check-in at a low price. They even gave me extra amenities, saying they were sorry for the inconvenience. They always greeted me with a smile whenever I left, wishing me a good time… The condition of the room was also really good. I definitely intend to visit again.
The Mac Hotel was well appointed, clean, with friendly front desk staff. As it was my first time in a hotel like this I was skeptical at first but it turned out to be an excellent stay and I would recommend it to others in the future.
It’s clean and nice. It’s close to Sinchon Station, so the transportation is good. I think I will use it again next time.
