Seoul Songpa Karak Tourist Hotel Hotel Review and Experience

I stayed at this accommodation because my family was hospitalized at Samsung Hospital and I needed to stay nearby for one night. It was just two stops from Iwon Station, and it was also close to Garak Market Station, making it convenient to get around. Perhaps because it’s a tourist hotel, the room was relatively clean compared to a motel, which was satisfying. I also appreciated that I could have breakfast at a reasonable price without having to go outside.

It’s a very nice hotel, and there is a convenience store across the street which is very convenient. It’s also very close to the subway entrance. The staff at the front desk is very patient. Although there are no disposable items in the room, there is a self-service machine in the hotel lobby where you can buy them. The room is very clean and there is free water in the refrigerator.

I did not apply for breakfast, so I haven’t tried it, and the room view was a bit disappointing compared to my expectations, but overall, I was quite satisfied during my stay.

Firstly, the best aspect was that the indoor environment was generally cool and pleasant. The air conditioning worked well, and it was well-maintained, clean without feeling humid or stuffy, making it good for relaxation. This is particularly important in the summer. Thanks to this, I felt comfortable and at ease just staying in the room.

Also, the staff service was impressive. From the front desk to housekeeping, the overall response was friendly and smooth, allowing me to start my check-in on a pleasant note. They responded quickly when I requested something, making me feel cared for.

The location was better than I expected. It was conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, and the accessibility to public transportation was good, so I had no trouble moving around. Although sightseeing wasn’t the purpose, the location was convenient for saving time when going anywhere.

While there were some aspects I found disappointing, there were advantages that offset them, and overall, I felt it was a quiet and comfortable place to rest. If I have to stay near there again, I would consider it once more.
