Posizione molto buona, vicino alla stazione metro, alla zona dei ristoranti e dei bar molto vivace, al Leeum Samsung Museum of art; camere molto pulite e ben organizzate (tanti dettagli: dai cavi che consentono di ricaricare cellulare e tablet al display per governare le luci fino al classico wc hi-tech molto diffuso in Corea e Giappone); wi-fi buono, camera spaziosa. Insomma, secondo me ottima opportunità

Good Hotel e perfect position, maybe the wifi could be better!

I would suggest this hotel for the fantastic and central location in Itaewon just out of the metro station and close to all shops, restaurants, coffee, clubs in town. Mostly for young or happy people, during weekends the area is crowded and the music from clubs could last until 5am. But all acceptable if you’re on holidays. Amazing SPA next door to hotel with a special fee of under 4$ for hotel guests, worth to try. Hotel staff strict to very basic greetings and not very friendly (at check-in I got a quick hello and a paper sheet with information and the time of check-out - my first time to Korea, solo, and I stayed 10 days… very odd). The outdoor pool was not open and not mentioned during reservation - it was mid June. No help for or suggestions for taxi to the airport. Let’s say that the reception team should improve their skills with international guests. It’s one of the best and trendy areas in town and they should be more open and welcoming with int’l guests. Room maids on floor very kind and nice, the only ones I had any contact in the structure. Go there for the location and if you find a nice rate not for the hotel service and experience. The hotel is great and if you want to be in the fun area of the town you will love this place!
