This is the kind of place if you want to save money and be isolated at the same time. The cubicle is not huge, and it lacks a small thing like a shelf to lay your stuff, but all in all it’s comfortable. When you arrive, you self check-in through their app (there are instructions on the wall, include the wifi password if you don’t have internet) and get the locker code and the access door code. You have one small locker outside for your shoes and a big one for your stuff. In the same locker room there’s also a space to leave your luggage in case you check out in the morning but want to retrieve them later. Toilets are separated by genders, whereas shower room are communal, but each shower have the dressing room, so you have your own privacy. They also give you towels, toothbrush and toothpaste that you can find in the bathroom. The included breakfast is quite minimal, only some ceral, milk and bread with some jam. Strangely, they provide paper bowl and spoon, but not plates or knifes. Also, there’s a kettle, but no included tea or coffee. I think the lounge could benefit of some nice touches: there are some tables, chairs, and a counter with a nice view on the street and sockets to plug your laptop. But some armchairs and decoration would really improve the place.

Newly open and location is good. I got to stay at lower price is good. Different level abit inconvenience at night when need to use toilet. Storage place sometime full of luggage on the floor, not many people want to put on the shelves.

Good to have some chairs at level 5 for people to rest etc.

I stayed at 82 Capsule Hotel for 4 nights (I booked for 5 but skipped the first day). The location is fantastic and could not possibly be better if you’re looking for a lively and convenient introduction to Seoul. The place is steps away from many 24-hour restaurants and other establishments, and a ton of bars and clubs.

The facilities are super clean and do not have any foul odors. The capsules themselves are super private, quiet and cozy. I would definitely recommend this for any solo travelers coming to Seoul for a few days.
