The Grand Mercure Ambassador has become my top choice when my little dog and I travel to Seoul. No need to try any other property. This is our home in Seoul.
We ran into a small facility maintenance issue during our stay, but Amy and her team were extremely helpful and understanding—going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
Beyond the amazing room, facilities, and location, what truly stood out was Amy and her team’s hospitality. They really made the experience special.
We’d definitely love to come back on our next trip!
해피아워랑 조식까지 추가해서 먹었는데, 음식가짓수가 조금 아쉬웠지만 금액이 다른곳보다 저렴해서 그러려니 했어요. 방은 디럭스 스위트 룸에 머물렀는데 넓은 거실, 주방, 큰 냉장고, 정수기, 메인룸1, 서브룸1 가족 4명이 방문해서 숙박해도 충분히 잘만한 넓은 베드였구요, 청소상태도 깔끔하고 방이 나눠져있어서 진짜 편하게 잤어요. 원래 잠자리 옮겨지면 잠을 설치는편인데 침대랑 베개 둘다 너무 좋아서 프론트에 어떤회사껀지 물어봤습니다^^;… 침대는 에이스침대라고하고 베개는 프라우반 구스 베개더라구요. 체크아웃하자마자 아이파크 리빙몰에서 에이스침대 누워보고 위시리스트에 바로 추가했습니다. 다들 꿀잠자서 너무 편히 쉬다갑니다.
