Han Stay Seoul Dongdaemun Hotel Review - Check if it's a good accommodation

In any case, it has a sense of cleanliness! It seems like it was newly built, and anyway, the room was really beautiful! The room is minimal, and since the shower and toilet are quite close together, the toilet can get a bit wet, but it’s within tolerable limits. The room is small, but if you manage to utilize it well, I was able to open two carry-on bags and eat at the desk. (I stayed with my mother, so I wasn’t bothered by anything, but if you go with a friend, it might be tough unless it’s a friend you don’t have to be overly considerate around, as you can clearly hear the sounds from the toilet.) What I liked most about this hotel was the ramen‼️ It was all-you-can-eat ramen during specific hours, so at night, I could take out chicken and desserts from the hotel and have ramen as the main dish, so I never had trouble with meals! There’s a machine that cooks the ramen like you see in convenience stores by the Han River! There are about four types of ramen available, so even if you stay several nights, you won’t get bored 👍🏻 I had chapagetti, and it was really delicious, so I highly recommend it 🫶🏻 The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! If you want to go night shopping in Dongdaemun, I really recommend this place! Most shops are within walking distance!

The manager communicates frequently via messages, and it seems he is around during the day, so you don’t have to worry if you have any problems. On the day of my return to Japan, I had to leave my luggage at the hotel since I was using the airport delivery service. The manager came at 9 a.m., so when I explained the situation, he kindly took care of it. By the way, there is someone who speaks Japanese well, so you can feel at ease. I would love to stay here again!

It’s just a short distance from Exit 4 of Dongdaemun Station. If you pass in front of the church and turn left at the convenience store, you’ll find it on your right. Even if it gets late at night, they will provide you with the number for the automatic check-in machine if you send them an email, so you can go out for night shopping without worries. The toilet and shower are combined and a bit cramped, but there is a curtain so the toilet won’t get wet, and there are slippers available. There’s also a hairdryer, insect repellent, and charger, making it a very considerate hotel. The person who assisted us was named Lee? I’m not sure of the name, but they were kind and amazing! I will come back again!

The location near the station made it安心 (safe) to go out late at night. I was a bit concerned that the shower and toilet were connected, so when I took a shower, the toilet would also get wet, but I was happy that the shampoo, treatment, and body soap had a really nice scent.

Although it was small, it had all the amenities, and the TV could display YouTube, which was sufficient for one person!

I was also pleased that I could freely eat ramen! The other guests were very courteous, and the lobby was very clean.

Above all, the staff were very kind! I would love to stay here again when I go to Seoul.
