Convenient luxury

I appreciated the direct connection to COEX Mall and the subway, which made getting around exceptionally convenient. The room was spacious and impeccably cleaned each day, with thoughtful touches such as daily replacement of slippers and toiletries—a clear sign of attention to detail. (For reference, toothbrushes are not provided due to government regulations.)

The only drawback was that the pool and gym were not available 24 hours a day. Overall I would happily stay here again.
