I like the location and also staff was very helping specially front desk. Room was clean, lobby was clean and its close to Gangnam shopping street.
Few suggestion: 1-For room, please add few more items for coffee, I didn’t see any sugar, coffee creamer or tea bags. They only provide two coffee mixers. 2-Elevators could be little faster, Elevators are not synced and you have to press both sides. Its slow.
If you intend to visit Gangnam area, this hotel is worth a try. The metro is also within walking distance.
Thank you best Western Gangnam for our stay in Seoul. We definitely staying here! Mr. Kapap at the reception was very accommodating and gave us the best room with a nice of the city. The housekeeping staff were very nice and always kept our room tidy and clean. We love the convenient location close to the AirPort Express and train station but you can grab a taxi or Uber from the hotel. It is close to many shops and stores in Gangnam. The room was spacious and clean. We recommend staying here when visiting Seoul!
