Staying at this hotel for my first trip to Korea was a smart choice. The hotel is very clean with daily housekeeping, and the Acqua di Parma bath amenities are a nice touch. The location is excellent, with a nearby subway station and convenience stores such as 7-Eleven and CU close by.

Myeongdong is about a 30-minute walk away, and fast-food options like BHC and KFC are within walking distance. The hotel also provides self-service laundry facilities, free coffee, a microwave, and access to a rooftop area.

The only drawback is that the rooms are relatively small and not ideal for fully opening luggage. Perfect for solo travelers, but slightly tight for two guests.

날씨가 영하로 떨어지지 않는 한 언제든 프라이빗 자쿠지를 즐길 수 있고, 발코니도 개인 루프탑 카페처럼 사용할 수 있어 정말 이색적인 경험이었습니다. 12월 중순 10일간 투숙했는데, 적당히 쌀쌀한 날씨에 뜨끈한 자쿠지를 즐기며 큰 만족을 느꼈습니다. 지인들에게 자쿠지 셋업을 사진을 보여주니 모두 감탄했어요. 신나서 즐기느라 사진이 너무 없어서 아쉬워요. 방 자체는 작지만 다른 시설이 너무 마음에 들어서 방 크기는 문제가 안되더라고요.

바로 직전에 신라호텔과 그랜드 워커힐에 머물렀던 터라 직원 서비스에 큰 기대는 없었지만, 이 호텔의 서비스와 태도가 특급호텔과 비교해도 손색이 없었습니다. 질문에 대한 응대가 친절할 뿐 아니라 정확하고 효율적이었고, 프론트부터 클리닝 직원분들까지 투숙 기간 내내 일관되게 친절했습니다.

처음에는 프라이빗 자쿠지 하나만 보고 선택한 호텔이었지만, 지하철역과 가깝고 주변에 간단히 식사할 곳도 많아 위치도 매우 좋았습니다. 객실 조명은 충분히 밝고 TV도 커서 홈시어터 같은 느낌이 들었으며, 다른 층에 마련된 커피·차·간단한 간식이 무제한 제공되는 라운지 공간은 넓고 쾌적해 업무 보기에도 좋았습니다. 실제로 소규모 미팅룸에서 회의하는 모습도 종종 보였습니다.

이미 인기 있는 호텔이지만, 앞으로 더 많은 사랑을 받았으면 합니다.

The private jacuzzi can be enjoyed at any time as long as the temperature stays above freezing (0°C / 32°F), and the balcony feels like a personal rooftop café—making the stay truly unique. I stayed for 10 days in mid-December and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the warm jacuzzi during the crisp winter weather. I showed photos of the jacuzzi setup to friends and everyone was impressed. Unfortunately, I was so busy enjoying it that I didn’t take many photos.

The room itself is rather small, but this did not bother me at all, as the overall facilities more than made up for it.

Having stayed at The Shilla and Grand Walkerhill just before this trip, I did not have particularly high expectations for service. However, the overall service matched the standards of luxury hotels. Responses to questions were not only friendly but also clear and efficient, and everyone—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—was consistently kind throughout my stay.

I initially chose this hotel solely for the private jacuzzi, but its convenient location near a subway station and nearby casual dining options turned out to be another major advantage. The room lighting was sufficiently bright, the TV was large and immersive, and the spacious lounge on another floor—offering unlimited coffee, tea, and light snacks—was comfortable and ideal for getting work done. I also noticed the small meeting rooms being used for business discussions from time to time.

The hotel already seems very popular, and I hope it continues to receive even more recognition.

This was a perfect location for us to visit family and enjoy the area!
