Majestic Seoul Stay Central Σεούλ Περιοχή Μιεονγκ-ντονγκ Κριτική Ξενοδοχείου - Ελέγξτε αν είναι καλή διαμονή

The building was a bit tricky to find but the host sent us a guide map with photos of the front of the property and entrance/elevator. Taxis can easily find it on their navigation as Brilliante Officetel or just pin BHC Chicken City hall branch. The location is perfect, very near bus stops and subway stations. Walking distance to Namdaemun underground shopping area and Myeongdong night market. We also walked from the unit going to Namsan cable car with no issues. The building is surrounded with restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. BHC Chicken is just on the 2nd floor and the food there was awesome. Self check in process was easy, just make sure to follow the instructions from the host for the door security code. The room was big enough for us, 2 adults and 2 kids with 3 large and 2 small luggages. The fridge, stovetop and microwave oven were very convenient for quick meal preps and storage since we were traveling with kids. It was clean and the whole unit smells fresh. Bathroom was complete with towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. No bidet on the toilet area but it was not a problem. The washing machine and dryer was definitely a plus since we stayed there for 8 days. We initially booked 7 days and 6 nights but we had to extend due to our late departure flight schedule. The host quickly accommodated our request to book for an additional day in the same room. Building garbage segregation and disposal was confusing but the host provided clear instructions and they assisted us with our trash. They have a luggage storage facility on the ground floor which is good if you need to leave your belongings after checking out. Our overall experience here was excellent and we will definitely book this again on our next Seoul trip.

The location was incredibly convenient, close to City Hall Station, with the airport bus just a short 3mins walk away. It’s also only about 10mins on foot to Myeongdong, yet nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. There were plenty of convenience stores and eateries right downstairs, including a BHC and even a 24-hour self-service ramyeon shop, plus several other 24-hour spots nearby. Honestly, we were spoilt for choice. The unit itself was spacious with ample room for 2 adults and 2 large luggage (the night before there 3 of us with 3 large luggage and still plenty of room). There were full-sized bath towels which we appreciated as the previous two places we stayed at only provided face-towel-sized ones ( perhaps a norm in Korea, though we’re not entirely sure). There was no bidet, which is usually one of our must-haves, but we weren’t too picky this time. We absolutely loved this place and would gladly stay again. It was easy to find plus the host was very responsive and helpful :) We also appreciated that they didn’t expect us to sort the rubbish in the overly detailed Korean way; instead, they kept it simple with just recyclables, non-recyclables, and food waste. The beds were low, but they were among the most comfortable ones we had throughout our trip. Cleanliness, impeccable! Even the window sills were spotless! Some travellers mentioned that the absence of blackout curtains bothered them but it was ok as we were used to it. This place deserves 5 stars 🥰
