Schöne Lage, COEX Mall in der Nähe. Zum Frühstück sollte man Zeit mitbringen, ab 10:00 Uhr wird das Restaurant geräumt wegen Lunch.
So me and my mom stayed there 3 nights, the staffs at the reception were nice and helpful, the location was great, the room was big.
However, the first night we noticed that the bath rug was missing so the next day we asked for housekeeping. I guessed the staff then realized it was missing so we got it. The third night again the bath rug went missing and there was an extra pillow cover left on our suitcase. I assumed it was dirty.
Overall experience was good, but the room cleaning should have a proper standard and a check must be conducted after housekeeping, by looking at the mistakes, I cannot help but to wonder if the staff was able to clean the room properly.
The stay has been really nice and pleasant. The staff has been exceptional and very kind. They are top quality and have made my experience great. The room is comfortable and I really like the bed! Highly recommended!
