Very good location, superb facilities, and has the nicest staff. They even helped me out when I lost my camera. Thank you so much! I owe you big time! If I ever have to go to Seoul again, I will definitely book here again.

I just returned from my winter trip to Korea, and my stay at Beyond Residence Jongno was truly fantastic. Everything was hassle-free from check- in to check-out. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet only about a 2-minute walk from the famous and lively pocha street - perfect for enjoying the local nightlife without dealing with the noise afterward.

The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, always ready to help. Visiting during winter, I really appreciated the dryer - a small but huge bonus that made a big difference during the cold season.

Except for carrying the luggage up to level 2, everything was perfect.

I used the service for the first time. I also used Jongno 3-ga Station for the first time. It’s very convenient because it’s right next to Jongno 3-ga Station, which has access to three lines. Insa-dong is also nearby, so there are plenty of dining options.
The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. There was no television, but that was not an issue. Drinks like coffee are available 24 hours in the lounge downstairs.
The water pressure in the shower was fine, and hot water came out quickly. I wondered if there was ondol in the room because it was warm. There was air conditioning and an oil heater, which was helpful.
I couldn’t spread my suitcase in the room, but it was not a problem since I could put it under the bed. The shower toilet was a bit cramped, but the shower curtain was helpful. The water pressure in the shower was okay, and hot water came out immediately.
It was very good, so I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.
