I like the location and also staff was very helping specially front desk. Room was clean, lobby was clean and its close to Gangnam shopping street.
Few suggestion: 1-For room, please add few more items for coffee, I didn’t see any sugar, coffee creamer or tea bags. They only provide two coffee mixers. 2-Elevators could be little faster, Elevators are not synced and you have to press both sides. Its slow.
I have stayed at several hotels of the same price in the area, but this one was the cleanest. The room on the 12th floor had a great view, was clean and spacious, making it quite comfortable. I was worried after reading other reviews that the walk from the station was difficult due to the hill, but there were several convenience stores along the way and since it was along a main road, it wasn’t as far as I feared. The cleaning staff were also very courteous and it felt nice. The hairdryer and shower had good power, and I couldn’t ask for more. I will choose to stay here again when I visit Korea next time.
If you intend to visit Gangnam area, this hotel is worth a try. The metro is also within walking distance.
